Don&#039;t worry because you are in the same boat as a lot of people. I highly recommend drinking a protein shake.

I personally drink one every morning. They taste great, they&#039;re quick, affordable, and super nutritious. 

I will do a full write up on the particular one that I drink because it&#039;s more than just a protein shake. It&#039;s actually a meal. It has good fats, carbs, and protein. And when you break it down you save money because shakes are cheaper than meals :-)
